A fresh painting done mid-July 2024, and inspired by walks through my allotment garden in Toronto’s east bayfront area. I’m learning a ton by trial and error. Emphasis on error! And I learn by watching what others’ gardens are doing. I hope to swap some plants soon. So my ‘happy place’ is certainly in the garden, weeding, replanting, re-seeding (beans, peas, greens). But the focus is still primarily flowers.
